You Gotta Believe!

UWGB Cross County Coach Mike Kline is a believer - his favorite phrase is "mental toughness." And his favorite race is the marathon. In his mind, everyone has the ability to physically train for a half or full marathon; where the true test comes in, is where your mind sits at the beginning of each race. Join Mike as he shares his advice on being prepared, confident and believing that you can do it. To be mentally ready for May 18th, don't miss this session!
