She will touch on what food you should be eating and avoiding during your training and the days leading up to the marathon, including how to train on a gluten-free or vegetarian diet.

You have put the physical training in for the past four month and now your mental training comes into play. Jeff Strumbas, Prevea Health Behavioral Care Therapist and fellow marathoner, will help you believe in yourself – you will finish the marathon. Everyone has the ability to physically train and now the true test is in your mind. Jeff will share his advice on being prepared, confident and strong for marathon day.
