Area experts from the retail industry and Prevea Sports Medicine will show runners the benefits of proper apparel, shoe wear (fitting), GPS, heart rate training, Nite Vision, etc. Feel free to bring in your running shoes, your foot pod, and old heart rate monitor, iPod, or any other gadget you would like to share with the group. |

Along with Jane Birr, inspirational short video clips will be shown of endurance athletes that have accomplished amazing feats. We encourage you to get involved.
