Prevea Health Nutritionist and Boston Marathon runner Deb Guenterberg will share with you how to stay fueled during your marathon training. She will touch on what food you should be eating and avoiding during your training and the days leading up to the marathon.

Do you believe in your ability to go the distance?

You have put the physical training in for the past 17 weeks and now your mental training comes into play. During this session, our special motivational speaker will help you believe in yourself and your ability to finish a distance race. Everyone has the ability to physically train and now the true test is in your mind. Our speaker will share their advice on being prepared, confident and strong for marathon day.
