HOW DO I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION????
- The first step to transferring your registration is to find a buyer. We do NOT maintain a wait list therefore we suggest emailing your friends, family, and coworkers to let them know about your available bib. If you use Facebook, we also recommend posting on both your Facebook page as well as the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon page to find an interested buyer. NOTE: Once our events get closer, many people are looking to sell their bibs so if you know that you are not able to participate, post the availability right away.
- Once you find a buyer, you will need your confirmation number which is on your confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam account for this email from Race Partner. You will also need the email address of your buyer.
- After you have obtained your confirmation number, you should go to the registration page on our website or click HERE and then click on the “transfer my registration button.” Fill in the required fields.
- You will receive an email telling you that you have successfully transferred your registration. However, this is only the first part of the transfer process. Your buyer will also receive an email with a registration link from Race Partner. This email will direct them to complete the transfer by entering all of their demographic information, shirt size, emergency contact information, and pay the $10 transfer fee. Once they complete these steps they will receive a confirmation email. Only then are they officially registered and is the transfer complete. NOTE: Please remind your buyer to watch for the email, the link they are sent is only good for a few days.
*** ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE COMPLETED (BY BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER) BY MIDNIGHT ON APRIL 30TH!!!!!!…..NO EXCEPTIONS.
