Q:  I am no longer able to participate, can I get a refund?


A:  Due to the charitable nature of our event, we are not able to offer refunds or defer registrations to future years.  No exceptions to this rule.


Q:  Can I “transfer” my registration to another runner?


A:  Yes!  We do allow you to “transfer” your registration to another runner.  We do not maintain a wait-list, so you will need to find an available and interested runner on your own.  Once you have found your runner and agreed on a selling price, you can make that “official” transfer via the” transfer registration” link on our website, or you can click HERE to start the transfer process.  NOTE: All transfers must be completed prior to midnight on May 1st.  NO RACE WEEKEND TRANSFERS.


Q:  Am I able to change events (IE: change from the marathon to the half marathon)?


A:  Yes….up to a certain point!  You can make a change from one event to another as long as that event has NOT REACHED CAPACITY.  If you decide to switch events, you can do so by clicking on the “change events” link on our website or click HERE to start the race change process.   You must also make any event changes prior to midnight on May 1st.  NO RACE WEEKEND RACE CHANGES.


Q:  I am unable to pick up my race packet at the expo, can someone else pick it up for me?


A:  Yes!  You can have someone else pick up your race packet for you.  They will need your name and/or bib number if you are registered for a distance event.  We do have “bib look up” available at the expo.  Only one member of a relay team needs to pick up the packet for the whole team.


Q: How do I find out where a runner is on the course?


A:  We have free “runner tracking” available which is powered by Cellcom/Nsight.  We will have the link to sign up for this program on the front page of our website in May.  www.cellcomgreenbaymarathon.com


Q:  When do I receive my race shirt?


A:  You will receive your t-shirt at the same time as your race packet.
