Although there are a lot of great viewing locations on the course, we’ve designated six spectator spots where we’ll be taking things up a notch in terms of fun and entertainment.

Mile 6.2 – Corner of West Point & Wood Lanes

Bridgepoint Church will be providing refreshments, balloons, face painting and their Praise Band to help lift the runners’ spirits.  To drive there, exit Lambeau west on Lombardi Avenue, head north on Hwy. 41, exit west (left) on Mason Street, turn left on Packerland, then left on Westpoint.  Drive until you are forced to parallel park just before Wood Lane.  Stop by and join the chorus!

Mile 12.1 (Half Marathon) and Mile 25.2 (Marathon)

On Armed Forces Drive in front of the Resch Center.  The local chapter of the Jimmy Buffett Fan Club – better known as the Parrotheads – will be creating their own Margaritaville where the participants reach the “one mile to go” point.  Their sound system will be cranking well known Jimmy Buffett music while the Parrotheads serve Gatorade, water and of course margaritas!  This location is directly across the street from the finish line.  Come join the party!

Mile 13.1 – Corner of S. Broadway & Pilgrim Way

A local DJ will be spinning tunes at the corner of S. Broadway and Pilgrim Way to pump up the runners as they pass through the halfway point.  Take Oneida Street or Holmgren Way south from the stadium and turn left on Pilgrim Way south of Highway 172.  At Broadway, cross over into the parking lots near the Aloft Hotel and you’ll see the music, GU energy gel and water/Gatorade stations nearby.

Mile 20 – Fox River Trail/Eve’s Supper Club

Join the congregation from Spring Lake Church to cheer on the runners in front of an enormous 30 foot tall inflatable castle wall on the Fox River Trail, just behind Eve’s Supper Club on Riverside Dr.  This area is the 20 mile threshold, known to distance runners as “The Wall.”  Park behind Eve’s Supper Club at 2020 Riverside Dr.

Mile 23.5 – Tank Park

Local DJ’s will be spinning urban hip hop and rap hits to get the runners’ adrenaline pumping on the home stretch.  Stop by for a fresh cup of root beer courtesy of fluid station sponsor A&W Restaurants!

Main stage – Festival Zone

On Saturday, the Main Stage will feature DJ music during the mini marathon followed by “Mr. Billy” from 10a.m. until noon for the WPS Kids’ Power Run.  Mascots and clowns will also be on hand.  On Sunday, the stage will host the band “Orpheus” from 9 a.m. until noon for the distance runners, friends and family.
